Our PHOTOLIFTER-AERIAL-SERVICE generates film- and photo documentation in unlimited interior heights. We enable unique research and monitoring and the base for digital image plans in the highest resolution. We extract and save samples to detect pollutants and toxic load.

Analyses in complex buildings are labor- and cost-intensive because they are rarely successful from the ground. Only aerial photography can provide a view on the unique substance of a building and make hidden details of artwork visible. Drones create risk due to the unavoidable air turbulences, which causes long-lasting fall-out of dust - in addition to the potential danger for irretrievable cultural heritage and artwork.
Alternatively we developed, patented, build, and operate the adaptive system PHOTOLIFTER.
It enables film- and photo documentation in addition to the operation of technical equipment in complex and sensitive buildings of any hight.
With our fully customized LIFTER-systems we examine and photograph buildings quickly and cost-effective. Dangerous damages in hights can be detected and monitored precisely. This knowledge helps to prevent future critical incidents. The importance, extent, and amount of upcoming restoration and preservative works can be identified with minimal interference. The SENSORLIFTER is an adaptive transport-, lift- and positioning system, that enables precise positioning and placing of data-loggers and climate-sensors in unlimited heights. For examinations we safe material samples from high areas of a building. The extendible rigger-arm of the LIFTER enables wipe-, surface, and drill samples of inaccessible areas of high buildings. Fungus, salt, and spurs can be collected and proven by dust probes, as moisture of stonework and frescos can be monitored locally. Our LIFTER system enables local pest control as well as thermo-, and UV-photography (365nm) or placing, set, and tighten crack monitors.
All this without air turbulences or expensive and disruptive scaffolding – both unavoidable with conventional methods.

Our patented LIFTERs are NO free flying blimps, helicopters, drones or comparable loose flying aerial devices. They have no rotating parts or other dangerous elements, which would cause hazardous situations. Our LIFTERs are adaptive ballon systems, that remain connected to the ground by tread- and steering strings. These lines enable to direct and adjust the system. The ground wight of the PHOTOLIFTERs is under 8 kg, so not critical for even most sensible parts of historic buildings.
The unpressurized balloons are filled with Helium, a non toxic, inert and inflammable gas. All security relevant parts are redundant,or calculated for multiple load. We operate our systemsin altitudes that only extensive, obstructive and costly scaffolding would reach. Set up time of our adaptive CFK-carbon built systems is only two hours.
